Sohni completed her National Certificate, Professional Cookery (Patisserie) Level-4 from North Shore International Academy, New Zealand in 2008.

She has also completed her Diploma De Patisserie (City and Guilds) from Incredible Arts, Kochi.

Sohni has received several awards and accolades for her preparation and innovative presentation skills.
